AbstractThe Directorate General of Taxes is now on Tax Reform Project. One of its programs is the transfer of structural to
functional position to agile the bureaucracy and dynamically adjust to environmental changes. Tax Counselor
Assistant is one of the functional positions in charge of conducting counseling by Regulation of the Minister of
Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2020
concerning the Functional Position of Tax Counselor Assistant. During the transfer period, problems may arise.
Administrative processes such as collecting and reporting the job may become problems. The environment needs an
adjustment to provide particular space to ease this process. The Author expects this application to solve the problem
by providing a place to record and store the proof of the work. The Author hope this application would ease
administrative jobs mainly on the collecting process so the user can do more on the main tasks. The other party
(external) can use this applicaiton to watch the user’s credit score progress.
