AbstractBusiness Management Application is an intermediary between business and information technology. With good
business processes, information technology support for business will be clearer and more precise. Business
Management Applications involve various interested parties and require resources. Proper management of
business processes can improve overall organizational performance. The importance of the role of business
processes in an organization or company is that it is useful to move the business to become more and more
developed very quickly and rapidly. This study uses the Business Process Management (BPM) method which
allows companies to have a business process blueprint and can assess whether the current business processes are
effective and efficient and management can see in detail the impact of changes that will be made both in terms of
time and cost.
