| Abstract | ABSTRACT The development of formulary information system is shown to support the availability of information for management and implementing services and development of health information network. The formulary is a list of standard medicines and their regulations that are used as guidelines for the use of drugs in a hospital chosen rationally, based on valid drug information and also the patient's needs in the hospital. The observational method used is to observe directly and retrieve data from pharmacist pharmacists and books as reference or literature in the manufacture of this system. This system is web-based with codeigniter framework with PHP and MYSQL programming language as its data base. General information system classification of pharmaceutical formulary field of this field can be used as a means of providing information for users both for doctors, and pharmaceuticals. Users get all the information accurately because the information available is constantly updated. |
