AbstractIn the implementation of a webinar, one of the activities carried out is a presentation session from the speakers,
and attended by the participants of the webinar which is conducted through a website or internet-based
application. However, the process of taking absences for presentation sessions is still done manually by recording
full names, school or college origins, and participant signatures. Likewise with the preparation of reports that
must be recapitulated to the computer first by using Microsoft Office Excel and then compiling the necessary
reports. Therefore, in this study, a Web-based attendance system was created using a Camera, Global Positioning
System (GPS) and QRCode which can be used for every webinar activity. The presence system development uses
the Spiral method which allows systematic and iterative system development for each of its features. The result of
this research is an attendance system that can be used to take attendance at each presentation session in a webinar
activity. The system can also display attendance reports for each presentation session and also the presentation
sessions that are of most interest.
