AbstractPT Tripola Panata is In the banking industry, the use of passbooks is supervised by the Financial Services
Authority and is required to report their use within a certain period. At PT. BPR Kedung Arto recording the use
of the savings book still uses the manual method by writing in a register book. This method results in the length of
time used when preparing reports. From the results of this study, a web-based passbook register application will
be built which is useful in managing passbook stock and its use. The development of this application uses the
prototype method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can increase
efficiency by as much as 87.5% from the manual method and beta testing results in 86% of users agreeing that
this application has provided functions and provides information as needed. In the future, hopefully this
application can be developed to be better and can increase the efficiency of the reporting process at PT. BPR
Kedung Arto.
