| Abstract | ABSTRACT Computer-based tests are tests that are administered using a computer. The language of this computer-based test is the conventional test, which is using one test set for several participants with the same length of test (fixed test length). The difference lies in the technique of delivery of questions that no longer use paper (paperless). The examination system has been (conventional) in nature, namely exams or tests carried out using paper and pencil with the current term Paper Based Test (PBT). But this paper-based test still has many weaknesses, such as in the implementation of exams that require a lot of paper to print the exam questions and answer sheets, inaccuracies in the implementation and answer of the exam, and checking the answers with sufficient time for answers. To build this application the author uses the laravel framework and Crudbooster as a laravel framework generator to make it easier for writers to build this computer-based testing application. While the development method used is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with requirements planning (Requirements planning), RAD design workshops, and implementation that emphasizes deadlines and cost efficiency. This application is expected to be able to solve problems in managing exam question data due to the distribution of question manuscripts, and the examination of the answer sheets that are quite long on a conventional examination system (paper based test). |
