| Abstract | ABSTRACT Allegra Semarang Cooperative is a cooperative that is engaged in the savings and loan process for its members, by following certain lending procedures that have been determined such as the need for data validation of prospective customers' personal information. The cooperatives are less selective in accepting prospective customers who only look at the aspects of work and salary, resulting in congestion in credit payments. However, the congestion affects the realization of loans or the circulation of money to other members. Solving problems in reducing the occurrence of bad loans requires a prediction application using the C4.5 algorithm method to anticipate early payment jams for cooperative members. The C4.5 algorithm has advantages in processing numeric (continuous) and discrete data, besides that it can also handle missing attribute values, resulting in roles that are easy to interpret and the fastest among other algorithms. This study will provide customer welfare in the turnover of fund management by predicting the smoothness of payments based on the reality of customers at the Allegra Cooperative Semarang. The prediction results are expected to provide early handling and reduce the risk of payment congestion. |
