AbstractSport Sahabat store currently has many loyal customers. But now many new competitors have emerged that are
engaged in similar fields which make business competition more competitive. The high competition has made the
Sahabat Sport Shop experience a reduction in sales revenue. Several problems also arise, such as the accumulation
of unsold products in the company's warehouse. This resulted in not optimal profits obtained from the sale of
products. The reason is because the decisions taken by the management are not precise in determining the strategy
for product inventory. In overcoming this problem, a data management system is used using one of the data mining
algorithms, namely K-Means. The results of the classification of the K-Means method in data mining produce
three clusters, namely: The best-selling cluster found 7 items out of 10 with the brand CC20S size M white, black,
gray, dongker, red, navi, and maron, Cluster quite in demand found 2 items out of 10 with the CC20S brand size
L in white and black, and the Cluster was not selling well, 1 item out of 10 with the gray L size CC20S brand
became a cluster that was not selling well. The data obtained can be used to give advice and considerations in
determining the sales strategy, namely eliminating products with the lowest cluster position and focusing more on
products with the highest cluster position to maximize profits.
