| Abstract | ABSTRACT Downtime Information System is a system that includes data collection and data management of problems in the Production Department. In its production activities, problems arise that prevent the line from achieving the 82% efficiency target according to the company's provisions. These problems are classified into 5 categories of downtime, namely Changeover, Material, Quality, Machine, and Other. Downtime information systems are needed by companies to maintain systematic data accuracy in production. This Downtime Information System was created using descriptive research methods with the type of case study research at PT Apparel One Indonesia, with data collection techniques used including interviews, observation and literature studies. This system will be implemented using PHP and MySql as storage databases. For the system development method the author uses the Waterfall method. With this website-based system, it can facilitate the management of downtime data effectively and efficiently at PT Apparel One. In addition, it can minimize the possibility of data duplication. |
