AbstractASUS Service Center Semarang is a type of service business that is engaged in the field of computers,
such as sales, repair and service. The queuing system at the ASUS Service Center Semarang was still
done manually, so the queuing process was considered less effective and efficient, so innovation was
needed to design a service queue registration system that was easily accessible to help solve existing
problems. A website-based online queue registration information system was created as a public service
innovation. To meet these needs, the authors create a website that can make it easier for customers to
getqueue numbers and replace taking queue numbers by pressing the button at the location with access
through the online queue website. From the results of the study, it was found that the system created couldprovide
convenience to customers, namely facilitating the estimated time of getting service by technicians,so information
on the queue number being served and providing convenience for admins in doing queue management at Asus
Service Center Semarang is needed.
