| Abstract | This research was motivated by an increase in the number of referral patient visits from various regions in Central Java. This increase not only has a major impact on the quality of services at Dr Kariadi Hospital, one of which the administration service in registering patients. Therefore, an online registration application has been provided so that patient services at the polyclinic aren’t hampered by patient administration. However, the online registration application is less accessible to patients and there are still many accumulations of patients at the administrative service location, therefore an educational application is needed to touch patients in knowing the flow of online services, one of which the application of Augmented Reality technology in online registration at Dr Kariadi Hospital. The main goal is to educate patients and their families about the online registration process that currently exists at Dr Kariadi Hospital. Augmented Reality is a computer technology that combines the virtual world (2D and 3D) into the scope of the real world, and is currently developing as a learning medium in many scientific fields. With the use of markers to find out information on the registration flow, it is hoped that more patients can take advantage of online registration applications that can improve the quality of services at the polyclinic so that patients don’t have to wait long for administrative files. |
