| Abstract | ABSTRACT Whatsapp API is an information system designed and built for booking confirmation via whatsapp. Kenzo Barbershop is one of the businesses engaged in barbershop and pomade sales. Every day records sales and purchase transactions. Of the many transactions there is no one who can manage in detail that makes the company difficult in the implementation of transaction reports so there are often errors when processing data. Therefore the author created the Email Gateway Implementation System and Whatsapp API. The system was built using the Prototype method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and library studies to analyze the needs of the Email Gateway implementation system and Whatsapp API. The programming languages used are PHP with codeigniter framework, and MySQL as database. The result of the Implementation of Email Gateway and Whatshapp API produces a system structur that shows the automation process so that the process or activities of purchasing goods, stock goods, payments become effective and efficient in helping the Kenzo Barbershop |
