AbstractAt the Dahlia IV Posyandu in Bulumanis Kulon Village, Pati Regency, currently there are problems in processing
toddler data which is still done by recording on paper so that this can slow down the work of posyandu cadres and
it is difficult to find the data again, so there can be duplicate data so that the resulting data is less accurate . In
addition, the delivery of information related to PHBS (Clean and Healthy Lifestyle) is still carried out verbally
where this can cause information received by the public sometimes to experience delays or ignorance of the
information submitted. Posyandu Dahlia IV provides posyandu services every month and is usually done in the
middle of the month, but the uncertainty of posyandu services between the seventeenth or eighteenth can confuse
mothers of toddlers. The purpose of this study is to design a posyandu information system that contains data on
toddlers & the elderly, immunization records data, developmental data for toddlers so that it can make it easier
for posyandu cadres to manage data on toddlers and elderly people to make it easier for the public to access
information about toddler development, health information and the schedule for posyandu services. which can be
done anywhere and anytime. This study uses the Prototype method. The result of this research is an information
system that can be used by the community in seeing the development of toddlers and the elderly.
