AbstractThe Weleri Subdistrict Office is a sub-district consisting of 16 sub-districts where every day it handles incoming
and outgoing letters from the village and government. The process of managing letters in the sub-district still uses
manual or written methods, where employees will record and determine who the sender or recipient of the letter
is, the nature of the letter, the content of the letter and what actions will be carried out in the letter. The written
method will make the stacking of files, where the search for mail archives will take a long time or sometimes also
disappear. This letter digitization application is made using PHP programming language, MySQL Database,
Codeigniter Framework, Sublime Text as a code writing medium by implementing the Sequential Search method
in its search system to make it easier for employees to find certain letter documents that have been stored in the
system if at any time the documents sought are needed or reused.
