AbstractIn March 2020, the whole world including Indonesia experienced a pandemic called the corona virus. This
pandemic has forced all institutions, companies, MSMEs, and others to require that operational activities carried
out on-site must be carried out online. Semarang University, which is a higher education institution located in the
city of Semarang, especially at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FTIK) is experiencing
correspondence problems for students who want to take care of work practices, final assignments or other
correspondence. This is the background of the author to create a mail administration system using the Agile
Method. Agile method is a software development method that is carried out in stages and iteratively (iteration).
This method helps teams respond to software development uncertainties by using iterative increments commonly
known as sprints. This system was developed using PHP and Javascript programming language with MySQL
database. The existence of a correspondence administration system can help student problems to be more effective
and efficient
