AbstractPT. Prakoso Lestari Jaya is a company engaged in trading that sells two-wheeled vehicles, especially the Vespa brand, including selling original spare parts, original accessories and official service centers. All products sold by PT. Prakoso Lestari Jaya is the official product of PT. Piaggio Indonesia as the official distributor of the Vespa brand in Indonesia. And currently PT. Prakoso Lestari Jaya has 1 showroom in Semarang. Currently, it is to serve the wider community and is well administered, especially in the booking system at our place which is still done manually. The purpose of this research is to make a booking service system that can facilitate the scheduling of consumers who will service at PT. Ptakoso Lestari jaya and the aim in the preparation of this final project is the establishment of a "BOOKING SYSTEM AND ESTIMATION OF MOTOR SERVICE COSTS AT VESPA WORKSHOPS" in order to assist and simplify service scheduling at PT. Prakoso Lestari Jaya.
