| Abstract | ABSTRACT Academic data management at Sudirman Islamic Vocational School in Kedungjati has been computerized, but there are complaints from employees and teachers in the current academic data management workflow, namely each teacher collects academic information data which is made and then submitted to the homeroom teacher to be used as information for evaluating teacher and student performance. This separate data has a risk in terms of security and effectiveness in working, the attendance process is also complained about because it still uses the fingerprint tool which every year experiences problems with the tool, with modern times it is necessary to update the data management process. The purpose of this research is to implement a system that can provide information containers quickly and easily in the data management process with features that can support QRCode attendance. The system development method used is a prototype model. The results of beta testing were found in terms of appearance to get a percentage of 77.3%, then in terms of convenience the percentage was 74.6% and in terms of benefits the percentage was 83%. functionally this system has been able to produce the expected output but in terms of appearance and convenience it is still not said to be very good the percentage is 76%. It is hoped that this system can provide convenience in academic data management so as to improve performance and resolve complaints from teachers and employees. |
