| Abstract | ABSTRACT There are three stages of admission of new students of SMK Pembangunan Nasional Purwodadi they are fill out the registration form and attach the registration file, then blind color test and the vocational tests. In the vocational test stage, there are so many students who have a pretty good achievement in junior high school did not pass the vocational test because their major decision is not fit for them. In SMK Pembangunan Nasional Purwodadi, Supporting system of major decision using weight product method is built by using PHP program with MySQL as database. It is used SDLC or Software Development Life Cycle model Waterfall as their development system method. The major decision support system provide information on the choice of departments according to the potential of prospective students. This system may reduce the error of prospective students in determining their majors. |
