| Abstract | In this modern era the development of Information Technology (IT) is used to provide convenience and accelerate performance so as to improve the efficiency of a company's work. In transportation, especially public transportation, checking the condition of each fleet is very important considering the still high number of transportation accidents caused by negligence or lack of maximum performance of the fleet. Therefore, this research aims to determine the operational feasibility of Trans Semarang Bus with a Web-based Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) is a Decision Support System (SPK) technique, this multiatribut is used to support decision makers in choosing between multiple alternatives. Every decision maker must choose an alternative that is in accordance with the goals that have been formulated. Each alternative consists of a set of attributes and each attribute has values. This value is averaged on a certain scale. Each attribute has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other attributes. This weighting and rating is used to assess each alternative in order to obtain the best alternative. In the future, our number of accidents or damage to the trans Semarang bus fleet will be minimized and make it easier for managers to record which bus fleets must be repaired immediately, to improve the quality of service. |
