AbstractNetwork security is a very important thing in the current era of computer technology development, one of which
is in the field of computer networks, besides having many benefits, it also has many bad sides. misuse of the internet
by irresponsible people. For example, employees who use office computers to access social media or e- commerce
that should not be accessed by employees during working hours, this can be detrimental to the company because
the accumulation of work that should be done for 1 day will slow down to 2 days, because employees who do not
work focus on his work so that the completion rate is reduced by 50%. Then an attempt will be made to block
access to the web. With this the author wants to implement a Firewall which is a solutionto prevent these actions.
The method applied is the Packet Filtering method, packet traffic will be filtered at the network layer which
includes IP Address and Port.
