AbstractAttendance aims to determine the percentage level of a person's attendance, in this case the participants of the
LPK UMI GAKKOU course. Currently, the attendance system used is still using manual attendance, namely by
writing in the attendance book. This method has many drawbacks such as the limited number of papers, the
placement of the attendance book is not fixed, and the dependence of stationery to write the presence. With these
shortcomings, a WEB-based presence system with GPS coordinates was built. The system is built using the
prototype development method to make designs quickly and can be evaluated by users. Starting from gathering
requirements, identifying the overall object of the software created, input and output, as well as an overview of
the interface designed using the CodeIgniter Framework. From the results of the design is then carried out an
evaluation.
