AbstractABSTRACT

Hibiniu Coffee Semarang is a restaurant that puts forward the concept of a cafe. Making a profit is the main goal of cafe operations, so to meet this goal, we need a strategy that can increase sales well. With the PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions) policy in anticipation of controlling and suppressing the rate of transmission of Covid-19 which is already very worrying. The government has tightened restrictions on the activities of various business activities. Moreover, limiting eating in place to a maximum of 25% will certainly reduce the turnover of the cafe. Based on these problems, the idea emerged to create a system of applying an a priori algorithm to find sales patterns in Hibiniu Coffee Semarang. Where this system is later expected to be able to help the cafe in determining what menus can be made for a promotion to consumers in order to increase sales turnover during the PPKM policy.
