AbstractThe purpose of the farmers card program is to secure fertilizer subsidies. So far, the provision of subsidized fertilizers is still do not right on target and there are still opportunities to be misused. This has an impact on the unavailability of fertilizers and the increase in fertilizer prices which always occurs when the planting season arrives. Existing data were analyzed by an expert system application to predict prospective farmer card recipients using the Navie Bayes Classifier Algorithm method, which can make it easier for users or sub-districts in predicting potential beneficiaries of farmer card assistance and can save time so that village officials do not have to manage data manually. This expert system is a web-based system that will make it easier for users to predict the submission of farmer card assistance.
