AbstractThe inventory system is a recording system used by companies, agencies, to shops. Manual recording is a vital
point of human error, where notes that are not written down or are not recorded because the recording is done
periodically. The object of research that the authors take is data on goods, distributor data, and report data on
Zegen Jeans Toko. The method used by the author in this study is the RAD (Rapid Application Development)
method. The application development stages of each application development stage are applied, namely
Requirements Planning, RAD Design Workshop, and Implementation. The results show that this inventory
system contains all data from the Zegen Jeans Toko Toko, such as item data, distributor data, item category
data, to complete reporting. This system helps Zegen Jeans Toko employees to carry out warehouse activities
more efficiently and precisely. And with the activation of this system, the manual system that has been done so
far can be abandoned and start using this inventory system
