AbstractSo far, the assessment of teacher performance at SD Negeri Kalicari 02 Semarang is only based on manual
assessments from each teacher and principal. The assessment is still questionable because there is no systematic
calculation data, so the results of the teacher's performance assessment are not necessarily in accordance with
their performance. The criteria carried out by the authors in this study used the simple additive weighting method
by using samples of attendance, performance, discipline, responsibility and initiative. The programming language
uses PHP and MySQL as its database. Determination of teacher performance will be scored sequentially
according to the inputted data. The results of the research will later be implemented into a decision support system
using the Prototype system development method which is expected to assist calculations in assessing teacher
performance at SD Negeri Kalicari 02 Semarang.
