| Abstract | ABSTRACT The Academic Information System is a system built to manage academic data so as to provide convenience to users, including data integration, as an information center for recording elementary school activities. State Elementary School 5 Batur Sari, Demak Regency is experiencing academic problems because it is still not managed properly. good so that it often makes it difficult for students and teachers in the process of implementing existing activities, such as the process of managing teacher data, student data, and managing student grades. In its development, the Academic Information System can be accessed and utilized by the general public starting from teachers and the academic section.The research methodology used includes primary data and secondary data with data collection methods in the form of literature study, observation and interviews at the State Elementary School 5 Batur Sari, Demak Regency. The system development method uses the waterfall model which includes Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance. This system will be built using the CI Framework and the database will use MySQL.The purpose of this research is the creation of an Academic Information System system at the State Elementary School 5 Batur Sari, Demak Regency. So that the results of this study are in the form of applications that can facilitate and increase effectiveness both in terms of cost, effort, and time. |
