| Abstract | Mlatibaru sub-district is a sub-district in East Semarang District, Semarang City, Central Java Province. Currently the Mlatibaru district office has several problems that need to be addressed. In administrative data processing, it has not been computerized properly because there is still data entry using sheets of paper causing the delay in making administrative data. Then, when the officer will search the data it will take longer time. This is because there are only 4 people working in this field. In addition, the agenda for making agenda data in the Mlatibaru sub-district has not been processed properly because the manufacturing process is still manual so that the presentation of the agenda report is very slow, because accuracy is required. The system to be created uses the PHP programming language and the database uses MySQL. The system development method used is Waterfall and to describe the activity process using UML. From the results of this study, in the end, an administrative system and agenda will be implemented in the Mlatibaru sub-district that can help facilitate the work of employees at the Mlatibaru district office, Semarang, with a percentage of user satisfaction as much as 46.8% strongly agree, 38.2% agree, and 15% is enough. It is hoped that in the future, this administrative system and agenda can be accepted and approved by the Kominfo of Semarang City. |
