AbstractThe development of industrial revolution 4.0 has a significant impact in the world of life. Easy and all-digital
access to obtain information is one of the benefits that can be obtained. All digital data processing is often more
reliable than the manual method. Not only companies engaged in technology use digital data processing, but more
and more companies are starting to build and migrate from traditional or manual methods to digital ones.
Information that can be processed digitally will make it easier for humans, especially in processing large-scale
data such as goods reports and others. For example, at the Pharmasi Foundation Vocational High School, data
collection or inventory of goods already exists but the report must be done manually, the impact is often the loss
of goods and inappropriate items during the inventory recap process so that the reporting process is delayed and
causes other work to be delayed, especially in the computer laboratory section. and it happened from 2020 until
now. Therefore we need a "Design and Build an Application of Consumables and Assets Inventory System at SMK
Yayasan Pharmasi Semarang" to make it easier to manage the inventory of consumables and assets.
