AbstractABSTRACT

Citra Mart Store itself is one of the business branches owned by KPRI Bina Citra Husada which is engaged in the sale of daily goods. Ease in the product marketing process becomes important in the process of increasing sales of transactions in the store. The process of buying and selling transactions in Citra Mart stores still uses conventional means in the process of buying and selling transactions to customers this causes the product marketing transaction process to be less effective so that store revenue does not increase. To solve these problems, a customer relationship management system was created to improve the relationship between customers and business owners in order to increase service to customers so as to increase sales.
