| Abstract | ABSTRACT Inventory information system is an information system that manages transaction and inventory data in the warehouse. Companies engaged in production generally require an Inventory System. Inventory systems usually consist of a system for receiving goods, a system for releasing goods, a system for warehouse and other information quickly and accurately, besides that the system can simplify the user's work. Framework is a framework that is used to help developers develop code for an application consistently. Codeigniter is one of the frameworks used to create websites with the PHP programming language, Codeigniter is famous for its MVC concept. MVC stands for Model – View – Controller.PT. Harpindo Jaya is a company engaged in the sale of motorbikes and as a distributor of original spare parts for two-wheeled Yamaha motorcycles, in the process of calculating the stock of goods which are still manual, because they still use Microsoft Excel, there are still many errors in calculating the stock of goods, because this time, spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel can no longer meet the requirements for timeliness, speed and accuracy of managing very large amounts of data. Therefore it is necessary to develop a new computerized system, which can handle problems that arise and provide the information needed today. So that later inventory data can be obtained more easily, quickly, accurately and efficiently. |
