AbstractABSTRACT

CV. Mount Muria is an agency that is engaged in services and services, especially in terms of health. Gunung
muria clinics and pharmacies are currently still using the patient service system manually, namely by writing on
paper medical records and medical notebooks, so that the patient service process is deemed ineffective.
Therefore, a system is needed which can help employees to speed up services and minimize the occurrence of
errors in patient data retrieval, patient data redundancies and drug administration errors due to almost the same
identity. This system is designed using the Laravel Framework with the implementation of a model, view and
controller (MVC) architecture. While the development method used starts from data collection which includes
interviews with officers at the Gunung Muria clinic and pharmacy. The library method is done by reading and
studying the problems, and the method of observation is by directly following the service process. While the
system development method uses the waterfall method which includes analysis, design, coding, testing, and the
level of support. The end result of these problems is to produce a system that is expected to help employees to
speed up the service process and minimize the occurrence of errors in patient data retrieval, data redundancies
and errors in administering drugs.
