| Abstract | ABSTRACT Recruitment file processing in CV. Lintas Reka Cipta is still done manually. Constraints such as time-consuming file storage, the difficulty of file searching and time-consuming value processing. Processing of recruitment file is considered inconsistent, effective and efficient. So that required a system that can be used to assist the process of recruitment. In making this system the author performs data collection through observation and interviews with related parties involved directly in the handling and recruitment process. For system development method writer use waterfall model. While making the application program using Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access 2010 database. The end result of the development of this system in the form of an application program that runs on the computer in the form of Labor Recruitment Information System, resulting in a new way that helps the process of documenting and recruiting new workers to be more consistent, effective and efficient. |
