| Abstract | MA Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara is one of the schools that wants to develop an information system to handle academic and school administrative activities, especially in student attendance by building an attendance information system based on QR Code and Geolocation. Attendance data input that occurs at the Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara MA is currently still using the Whatsapp communication media. This is certainly not effective and efficient because there are no computerized attendance reports and there are still many attendance frauds committed by students and with the construction of a website-based attendance information system using the Scan QRCode and Geolocation features this can increase efficiency as much as 8% from the previous system, and based on The system satisfaction survey got the results of 88% who agreed that this application was able to provide convenience in inputting and recording attendance. Therefore, based on the explanation above, it becomes an inspiration for the author to create a web-based attendance information system using the Scan QRCode and Geolocation features, so that with this website-based attendance information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for homeroom teachers to get student attendance information. |
