AbstractABSTRACT

The tourism sector will be the main driver of the world economy and become one of the global economic industries. The presence of social media also plays an important role in promoting tourism spots. In Indonesia, tourism service providers have not been able to meet consumer needs to provide tour guides. The Indonesia Tour Guide enlivens the market for tourism service providers and also provides a platform in the form of a website for tourism service providers, be it the Tour Bureau or Tour Guide, which can be accessed by tourists safely and integrated into the Indonesia Tour Guide (ITG) system. The managed system certainly makes it easier, faster, and provides a sense of security and comfort for consumers and tourism service providers, through this system payment transactions are supervised by the Indonesia Tour Guide so that security is achieved. ITG plans to develop tourism products into the largest market in Indonesia by increasing the number of partners from all regions, improving service quality, and increasing database capacity. Obtained as much as 82% percentage of respondents. From the assessment of the features in this application are the right features for the community as much as 81%, this application helps in increasing revenue as a Tour Guide 82%, the features in this application help you in receiving 83% orders. A total of 20 respondents from the Professional Tour Guide received a percentage rating of 82%, indicating that the criteria are very feasible to be used as an application for Indonesia Tour Guide Platform Service Providers.
