system used by Bina Negara Vocational High School previously still used MicrosoftExcel. In the midst of the Covid
19 pandemic, to assist the School in Payment Administration to overcome the occurrence of payment arrears, a
Web-Based School Payment Administration System was created as well as payment arrears notification through
whatsapp gateway. Using theexstreme programing method as a method of system design. The application is built
using PHP and MySQL programming languages as the databases. The end result of the system can provide
convenience in the process of entering student data, bills payments and payment reports as well as notifications of
payment alerts.
