AbstractPayment of school fees is a contribution charged to students to be used for the purposes of organizing and fostering
education. Details of school fees consist of uniform fees, building fees, educational assistance donation fees,
institutional development donation fees, and industrial visits. The system used by the Yasiha Gubug Vocational
School was previously semi-manual using Microsoft Excel. To assist the Administration of SMK Yasiha Gubug in
Payment Administration, a Web-Based School Payment Administration System was created. The system
development method was built using the extreme programming method. Where in this development is applied with
an efficient application development time with results according to development. So that it can be in accordance
with development needs. The software application used as data storage on the system uses the PHP and MySQL
programming languages. The final result will display a payment report.
