AbstractEvery day Weleri Districts is always asked to write a letter for an interest, on the other hand, the writing of the
letter the previous day had not been completed because of the many requests for letters.for checking when the
letter is finished, you have to come to the office, especially if the letter has not been finished it can take time to
come back to the office to check the letter. To improve the quality of data services, a system is needed to facilitate
a job and as a new interaction mechanism between the government and the community and other interested parties,
where the use of mail service e-government system technology with chatbots to assist and direct the services needed
to Weleri Districts to be easier and accessible from anywhere. The result of the system created is that the admin
can easily process e-government data on the mail service system. In addition, users (communities) visit the system
to obtain information and can request submissions for making letters quickly through the chatbot available in the
system without having to go to Weleri District.
