| Abstract | ABSTRACT The development of information technology science is increasingly rapid, one of the technologies used today is in the property sector such as rental of boarding houses in the aspect of payment administration which makes it easier with information technology. The problems that arise are regarding the administration of payments that often occur, if the boarding house child is late in paying because he forgot the payment date. This system is used to process customer data, boarding orders, boarding payments, and send payment notifications via telegram to customers so that students or employees can be on time in administrative matters of boarding payments. This system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method to develop this system faster, according to user needs and easy to use by users. The programming languages used in the system are PHP and MySql and telegram as notification for boarding payments. The existence of these problems is expected by building a web-based and telegram-based boarding payment administration information system as notification, making it easier for boarders to process bookkeeping or recording in boarding payments, managing boarding payment administration, can also help boarding owners in providing optimal service in the payment administration process . |
