| Abstract | At this time, the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Bunayya Semarang is still doing payment transactions manually. The school administration information system has not been structured so that it is not effective and efficient. Payment transaction services are less than optimal due to lack of data accuracy, making long reports because the system is still done manually and cannot generate data quickly and accurately. The design of administrative information systems includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. This information system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) prototype model as an interface design using Balsamiq Mockup and is built using the Laravel Framework programming language and database processing using MySQL. This administrative information system is expected to simplify and speed up the data processing and school payment transaction processes up to the making of data reports to be more effective and efficient for the school. Based on the results of the calculation of the user satisfaction questionnaire, the administrative information system obtained an average value, namely performance obtained a value of 4.2 in the satisfied category, information obtained a value of 4.4 in the very satisfied category, economics obtained a value of 3.8 in the satisfied category, and control obtained a value of 3.6 in the category satisfied, efficiency got a value of 4.2 satisfied category, service got a value of 4 categories satisfied, based on this assessment it can be interpreted that the administrative information system can be well received by SDIT Bunayya Semarang. |
