AbstractABSTRACT

This Final Project report with the title "Academic Information System and Child Psychological Development at Mutiara Annafi'u Kindergarten Semarang" has the aim of designing an academic system and implementing the k- Means Clustering method on the academic information system of Mutiara An – Naafi’u Kindergarten. The research methods used include: research objects, types and sources of data, data collection techniques, and systems development methods. This Final Project report discusses the development of an academic information system at Mutiara An - Naafi'u Kindergarten. the academic system includes student data collection, student score data collection and there are features of student psychological grouping based on student academic values. The psychological clustering feature of students uses the k-Means clustering algorithm. After the design is completed, it can be seen that at the stage of system analysis using system flowcharts and system design designs using use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams ), activity diagrams, table relationships, and input output designs, it is hoped that data storage will be centralized and the existence of data will always be well controlled in terms of accuracy and data validation can be accounted for so that the resulting information will be better.
