| Abstract | ABSTRACT The document archive system currently running at PT Multi Mitra Bersama Semarang Ekspedisi has not used the system or is still using hard copy storage, has not used a special system designed to manage document archives, the system currently has many shortcomings, including the difficulty of finding files and easy once a file is damaged it becomes inefficient when the files are needed quickly so we say this process is very inefficient, takes a lot of time and cannot search for files anytime and anywhere. With the current technological advances, it requires a new system that can make it easier for users to manage files or archives as well as a very easy and fast search process that can accelerate the performance of the employees concerned, for this reason, based on this description, the purpose of this research is the creation of a document-based archive system. web that can be accessed anytime and anywhere so as to facilitate a process that is without limitation of time and place and is easy to manage. |
