AbstractCV. Cempaka is a company engaged in the distribution of textile fabrics. This company uses warehouses to storeinventory of
goods, in the warehouse section collects all documents of incoming goods and outgoing goods. So that the warehousing on
CV. Cempaka experienced several problems, namely the number of calculation errors ininventory recording due to inventory
recording still using a manual system, namely by writing in a notebook. Thismethod is very inefficient and there are often
delays in making inventory reports caused by the accumulation of transaction data for incoming and outgoing goods. So we
need an inventory system that can manage inventory inthe warehouse. Judging from the problems faced, a web-based
inventory information system was created whosemanagement has been computerized. This information system is built using
the PHP programming language, codeigniter framework and MySQL database. This inventory information system uses the
safety stock method which can prevent out of stock if there is a problem in the supply chain or when there is an
increase in demand and the reorderpoint method to manage when the time is right in order to place an order for
goods back. This research produces an inventory information system that can be used to provide convenience in
obtaining the information needed, especially in terms of inventory and produce printed reports from item data.
