AbstractABSTRACT

CV. SISI BARAT YOGYAKARTA is a company that was established on January 11, 2013, which is located at Jalan
Jambon Nusupan Trihanggo, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This company is engaged in indoor and outdoorpromotion
services which include business fields such as advertising, digital printing and graphic design which of course are
related to IT in the design process. During the 6 years of work, of course, the longer this company has been
developing for the better. Along with these developments, a better and better organized management and
administration system is also needed. The purpose of this research is to create an information system that manages
inventory, purchase and distributor activities. The result of this research is a web-based information system using
php and mysql as its data base..
