AbstractABSTRACT

Transaction activities at Budi Motor 1 Workshop are still recorded manually. In service transactions, customer acceptance only relies on manual transaction evidence, it makes the output format is not standardized so that it can result in lost documents. The stock of goods in motorcycle repair shop 1 is only recorded in some books so that it can’t be controlled for the amount of goods that are still and that have been exhausted, besides the difficulty of adjusting the price of goods with market prices is also a constraint due to the absence of price history of goods. Difficulty in making transaction report and can be manipulated by cashier or employee transaction. The absence of good database management hampers the process of delivering information to leaders and partners. The method of research conducted is covering field study and literature study. Field studies include observation of interviews and documentation, while literature studies were conducted with library research relevant to the problem. Applications used to create a system that is Ms. Visual Studio Ultimate 2010 combined with Database from Ms. Office Access 2010 and Ms. Office Excel 2010 for reporting. The purpose of this Final Project is to build information systems service vehicle services using Microsoft Visual Basic Net 2010 so it can facilitate the processing of data services and produce a quality information and useful for all parties in need.
