| Abstract | ABSTRACT Personnel Information System is an integrated system, which includes data collection employees, data processing, procedures, work procedures, human resources, and computer technology to produce information quickly, complete and accurate in order to support the activities of personnel administration. Employee storage is the main thing in the personnel problem, especially in finding or changing employee data and then in the fox in accordance with the needs. The Application of Personnel Information System is made using descriptive research method with research type of case study at PT Putra Jaya Raharja, where data collection techniques used include observation, interview, and literature study. This website will be developed by using PHP language with Code Igniter framework which will be used as back end as storing website data. For method of system development of writer use waterfall system development method. The results of this website research, can facilitate data collection and data processing at PT Putra Jaya Raharja. In addition, it can minimize the possibility of duplication of data on taking leave for each employee. |
