| Abstract | ABSTRACT Payroll is the most important thing in an agency. At SMK Islam Nurul Hadi, in managing personnel and payroll, there are still many problems that can hinder the process of calculating salaries for the teacher council and employee staff. Because the management is still manual or written in a ledger and becomes one, both calculating attendance, basic salary, allowance salary and hourly teaching salary. So that the treasurer officers often make mistakes in recording salary reports at the Islamic SMK Nurul Hadi. From the above problems, a software that can provide a solution is made to help the treasurer in managing payroll at Nurul Hadi Islamic Vocational School to be easier, centralized and systemized. This system uses the waterfall method for its development which includes communication, planning, modeling, construction and submission of the system to its users. The system design tool used is UML (Unified Modeling Language) including use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. In making this information system will be built based online and using PHP and MySQL programming as the database. The results of this study can provide solutions to improve the service and performance of treasurers in terms of managing personnel and payroll and speeding up the calculation or monthly salary reports. |
