| Abstract | ABSTRACT Parking space is a public facility that is needed in a building or public place. Many places that still use the system of recording and checking that is applied is a sheet of paper or tickets. The system has weaknesses, among others: lack of rider information data and less tidy in place placement. There are several alternative technologies that can overcome the weaknesses of the system and the needs of these users. These technologies include Quota System and Parking Placement. This technology is chosen because it has several advantages as well as able to overcome the weaknesses in other systems. The research method that is done is covering field study and library study. Field studies include interview observations and documentation, while decision studies were conducted with library research relevant to the problem. This system will be created using Visual Basic, the database using Microsoft Access, system modeling tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language). While the method of system development in use is Waterfall method. With the quota system and parking placement is expected to provide and minimize the occurrence of problems in parking places. |
