| Abstract | Services are products that are not real or can not be seen but can only be felt when consumed. It may or may not be related to a physical product. Marketing is not only in the aspect of external marketing but also requires internal marketing and interactive marketing especially for services that have high contact with customers. This system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Yii Framework as the framework and MySql as the storage database. The development of this system uses prototype modeling. The data collection method uses 3 ways, namely interviews, observations and literature studies. With the Web-Based Car Steering Course information system, it is hoped that it can provide data processing that is organized in a system-wide manner, making it easier for admins to manage customer data, instructors, scheduling and reports. |
