| Abstract | ABSTRACT Properties agent Seed Property Semarang is an individual company engaged in the services of Sale / Rent property, such as house, warehouses, land, apartments. In its development, Seed Property is still experiencing difficulties in managing property data, because the management is still done by input data to Microsoft Excel. This makes it difficult for the agent owner when there are customers who want to know the property specifications when viewing from the available catalogs as well as from advertisements on property sites. Therefore, it needs an information listing system that can assist in managing data listings. In making this information system listing using Waterfall Method, the model develops systematically from one stage to another with models such as waterfalls. This Information System was created using Visual Basic 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007 as its database.he purpose of making this information system is to assist the property agent of Seed Property in the listing data management Sell / Lease Listing, so that all data can be stored neatly and easy to look for when needed. |
