AbstractTechnological developments allow a person to obtain the required data. Employee data at PT Telkom Access
Semarang is currently still managed manually and not systematically. The number of employees at PT. Telkom
Access causes lack of control over the attendance and employee recording process, and there are often indications
of fraud in conducting attendance. From this background, it is necessary to have a data collection system that is
easy to use by employees, with this system, of course, the HRD admin will also make it e asier to manage
reports on employee data and attendance. The system development method used is the Waterfall method with six
steps, consisting of: Requirements Analyst, System and Design, Integration & Testing, Operation and
maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language and uses the Laravel and Ionic
frameworks and uses a MySQL database.The final result obtained is an android and web attendance management
information system that can make it easier for HRD to control employees in terms of employee attendance
